SportActive Cycle Hire in Mallorca

SportActive can supply you a range of top quality hire bikes

Due to the huge demand of high quality hire bikes in Mallorca in spring we strongly recommend you book your bike at the time of booking your holiday.

All bikes booked before the end of January will be guaranteed at the prices below. Bikes booked after this date may be subject to an additional charge as we may need to acquire bikes from third party suppliers. Please make sure you have filled in your body height and normal frame size on the booking form in order to ensure we have everything correct for you at the time of collection.

The bike rent has to be paid in full with the booking.

Bike Model D+ - Full Carbon Bikes with electronic gear shifting

Electronic gear shifting Di2, compact drive chainset 50/34 or 52/36. The rear cassette: 11/32, 11 speed.

Rental fee

205 € /week + optional bike damage cover 35 €/week; 6 €/day (strongly recommended)

Bike Model D - Top of Range Full Carbon Bikes

Shimano Ultegra 11 speed groupset with compact drive chainset 50/34 or 52/36. The rear cassette: 11/32, 11 speed.

Rental fee

170 € /week + optional bike damage cover 30 €/week; 5 €/day (strongly recommended)
24 € / additional day

On request, we offer also trekking bikes and mountain bikes.

All the bikes are rented without pedals (bar the trekking bikes)
pedals need to be rented separately - fee 15 €
all the hire bikes are supplied with the following accessories: computer, saddle bag & 2 tire leavers, pump and 2 bottle cages
one of the most important information to determine the height of your frame, i.e. the frame size, is your body height. Frame sizes are available for people from 145 cm (frame 47 or XXS) to 200 cm (frame 63 or XXXL), in 2 cm steps.
There is no insurance cover for theft from SportActive: the hirer is fully responsible ; check your travel insurance.

Body Size : 192-200 cm / 6'3 - 6'8 inches = bike size : 60 XXL

Bike Garage

The SportActive bike garage is located in front of the hotel, accessible directly from the street.

We have a wide selection of bikes for hire (check above).

You will find :

safe storage for your bikes : Secure bike storage that is kept locked for even more security.
bike mechanic service : our mechanic services the SportActive hire bikes only in the evening ; our workshop is open between 16:30 - 18:30. There is no bike maintenance in the morning as we all want to get out and cycle !
shop : we offer a selction of energy drinks & bars, a full range of SportActive cycling kit as well as an assortment of cycling clothing and accessories.

When customers hire bikes from other companies

SportActive are unable to adjust or carry out repairs on third party hire bikes. SportActive will not be responsible for any mechanical repairs on third party hire bikes when partaking in any of the cycling activity tours in Mallorca.

When customers bring their own bike

You are welcome to bring your own bike. But please keep in mind that you are responsible for assembling and disassembling your bike upon arrival and departure. You are also responsible for providing the maintenance to your bike during your stay. If you request assistance for either assembling/disassembling or maintenance of your bike by a member of the SportActive staff fees will apply.
