How to Book / booking form

If you would like to book a place on any of our SportActive holidays, please Download Booking Form  and return with a deposit of £ 150 or € 200 per person. (attention: separate booking forms for Marmotte and Tour de France - to be downloaded from relative website page)

Three ways for paying the deposits:

  1. post the completed booking form + cheque made payable to (SportActive - Martin Birney): to SportActive, 3 Sprucefield Close, Lisburn Co Antrim, BT27 5QJ
  2. pay on line with Paypal + e-mail booking form to sportactive@btinternet.com
  3. by direct transfer to our Euro bank account:  

           Bank of Ireland 
           IBAN number: IE 76 BOFI 9049 1550 4844 10
           BIC number: BOFIIE2D
          
           (If you want to do transfers in Sterling please call the office).

Once we have received the deposit, we shall send you a SportActive-Atol-invoice for the outstanding balance of the holiday (to be paid 8 weeks before departure)

Three ways for paying the outstanding balance:

  1. send a cheque made payable to (SportActive - Martin Birney) to SportActive, 3 Sprucefield Close, Lisburn Co Antrim, BT27 5QJ
  2. pay on line with Paypal: you inform us by e-mail that you wish to pay using Paypal and we shall send you by e-mail all the necessary links to do so
  3. by direct transfer to our Euro bank account:

You are reminded to ensure that you have current and valid travel insurance for all bookings.
